Lindsay Lohan Gets Jail Time

Even though our favorite celeb news is the naked kind, the whole idea of a lesbian lockdown staring Lindsay Lohan has its appeal. I’m talking about Lohan’s 90 days in jail of course. She may be looking to appeal that, but so far that’s not looking good and here’s why:

First off, Lindsay’s lovely little fingernail message on her middle finger in the courtroom (pictures above) SO is not going to help her in any way. No one in the courtroom will take her seriously now.

Also, Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley - who once represented Paris Hilton and was on the O.J. Simpson defense team before taking on Lohan and her two drunk driving busts – quit yesterday. That’s right, not only did Lindsay piss off the judge, but she lost one of the best lawyers out there. Which means that Lindsay’s going to jail for 90 days. Maybe if we’re lucky a sex tape will come out of that.
