Crush fetishists attraction consist of the desire to see others (usually attractive women) crush or step on an object or small animal. The most common animals crush fetishists choose are insects, frogs, lizards, or small rodents. Crush fetishists that aren’t fond of animal crushing tend to go with inanimate objects, such as tomatoes or other fruits and vegetables. The most popular method is to crush them with feet, but other ways are included, such as sitting on the object or using hands. Feet in sexy heels or bare feet are the most popular.
Most crush fetishists consider it to be a mixture of several other fetishes. There are elements of podophilia (foot fetish), trampling (desire to be stepped on), and sadism (pleasure from pain). According to Jeff Vilencia, publisher of The American Journal of Crush Freaks and the producer of dozens of crush videos:
“The fetish is very old, and it starts in childhood, when the child observes an adult, usually a woman, stepping on an insect, he becomes sexually aroused, sort of by happenstance, and as he becomes an adolescent, he eroticizes his behavior in his sexuality and it becomes a part of his love map.”
